| What is included in a Veterans Burial Funeral Plan™? |
| A complete funeral (at your church or graveside) includes your choice of one of the caskets pictured, embalming, visitation period and one death certificate. |

| Do you think prearranging is best? |
| Absolutely, yes. If death is “near need,” call us or simply go to our website, www.veteransfuneralcare.com, and click “Join Now.” Answer the questions and click “Submit.” That’s all you need to do. |

| What if the death is after hours, on a weekend or a holiday? |
| We are here 24 hours, 7 days per week, 365 days every year. If you have had a death, call us immediately. |

| When do we pay for our services? |
| We do accept prepayment, or you pay for your services after the death takes place. |

| Do Social Security and veterans benefits apply to your services? |
| Yes. Social Security pays a lump sum death benefit of $255 to spouses or dependent children. Disabled veterans, veterans dying in a VA hospital or veterans receiving a support pension receive cash benefits from $300 to $2,000. |

| What about burial in a veterans cemetery? |
| All veterans and their spouses are entitled to two (2) graves, a double marker, outer burial container, opening and closing and perpetual care in any veterans cemetery in the country. |

| What if our veterans cemetery is several hours away? |
| Consider this. Every veterans cemetery is a national shrine. It is an honor to be buried there. We feel the right place for a veteran and their spouse is to be buried in a national cemetery. It is an honor they have earned. |

| How do I make prearrangements with Veterans Funeral Care? |
| Fill out the insert registration card and mail it to us. We will keep your prearrangement in our permanent files. One call to us when you need us is all that is necessary. You can rest easy knowing that everything will be taken care of according to your wishes. |
