Our very beautiful mom, Angelina Valdez, who was born on May 4, 1933, in a time of fun and happiness, went to heaven on March 14, 2026.
She was loved dearly by her daughter, Patricia Bedolla, and Annette DuBois, grandchildren, Deidra DuBois, Desiree Moring, Paul Bedolla, Joseph Bedolla, and David Dubois, Jr. She had four wonderful, great grandchildren, Adrienne Nystrom, Owen Moring, Penelope Bedolla, and Moximo Bedolla.
She was a strikingly beautiful woman, so much so that people often said she resembled Sophia Loren, and her love for her family was the center of her world.
In her younger years, she cherished days at the beach with her teenage daughters, where their friends would often mistake her for an older sister. Those moments were filled with laughter, warmth, and the easy joy she brought wherever she went.
Angelina found peace in her daily walks, continuing to cover three to five miles well into her 70s and early 80s. Her strength and resilience were remarkable, she was a cancer survivor who also took part in several Relay for Life events, inspiring those around her with quiet determination.
Though naturally reserved, she had a deep love for adventure. She traveled far and wide, even parasailing at the age of 70 and fulfilling a dream of seeing the glaciers of Alaska. She embraced life fully, in both its quiet moments and its bold experiences.
We were blessed to share our time on earth with her. Now, she rests in heaven, reunited with her beloved son, Bobby. Until we meet again ❤️
