Lawrence Norfleet, 66, of Murrieta, California, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2026.

Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Lawrence worked as an honest police officer for 27 years and went on to do private security until his retirement. He loved playing basketball, listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife,  Brenda Norfleet and son, Michael Norfleet.

A memorial service will be held on September 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Murrieta United Methodist Church. The service will be live-streamed for those who cannot attend.
