Alejandro “Alex” González Magaña, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away and left us too soon on June 26th, 2025, at the age of 36, in South Central Los Angeles, California.
Born on July 19th, 1988, in Puruándiro, Michoacán, México, Alex lived a life filled with purpose and strength. He was the baby of the family and the heart of our family. His kindness, sincerity, and unconditional love left a lasting imprint on everyone he met.
He was the son of the late Eusebio González Pérez and Delia Magaña Gasca. Alex was a member of the Carpenters Southwest Union of Los Angeles, California. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Alex is survived by his mother Delia, his sisters Alondra González (John Paul) Gutierrez, Evelyn Zavala, Rosamaria Northey, Magdalena Vazquez, Carmen Peters, Erendira Graham, Dalia Lopez, brother Fabricio González, nieces Emilia, Juliana, Frida, Adinay, Yaira, Kaylee, and many uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held at Saint Catherine of Alexandria, 41875 C Street, Temecula, California on Thursday, July 17th, 2025, at 11:00 am. Following the mass, the family will gather at the church’s convention hall for food and refreshments.
