To my loving great aunt Barbara, I will forever cherish our time spent together and the memories we share. From 17th street to the valley, from the Nova to the Hyundai! I loved when you would come pick me up and take me to “bring your daughter to work day” at the county building. I remember you would take me to the store and tell me to pick my favorite candy and it would always be the Hersheys Chocolate Rolos. Those times will always be some of my favorite childhood memories.I’ll never forget your laugh and I’m really gonna miss your no nonsense personality. Can’t nobody make a potato salad or an egg pie better than my Auntie Barbara! ️

Auntie, I’m still at a loss for words. I know for a fact that I will miss your jokes and the laughs that came from them, I’m going to miss your honesty and the way you took no mess. I’m going to miss you and Paula talking about the basketball games and vibing to some good music with you. I love you so much auntie and I’m going to miss you with my whole heart. I know you’ve been up there hanging with Kobe and Grandaddy having a good ol’ time. I can’t wait to hear the stories lol. ❤️

I always remember those days of sitting on the porch on 79th street just chilling, laughing, being silly, talking crap, playing games, or fighting, and all those years of support. You are a friend of many years whose absence in my life leaves a huge void. Till next we meet, Rest in Heaven! Love Pixie aka Casondra Grant.
