Tita Carmen was my father Victor’s older sister. My siblings and I grew up with fun loving memories of Tita Carmen. She was kind and peace loving. One of the many acts of her kindness was when I was 8 years old. Our rented apartment in Cebu was burnt down. Tita Carmen and family welcomed us to their home and provided us our needs. Tita Carmen always encouraged peace in the family. We will miss you Tita Carmen! We love you.
