Keith Boyle, 65, passed away on Monday, May 6, 2024 in Los Angeles, California.
Keith was born on August 6, 1958 in Liverpool, England, to the late Vincent Boyle and Florence Boyle. Keith was affectionately called “bullet head” due to having a larger sized head in his early years.
Keith leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He was a devoted husband to his wife of 46 years, Lorna Boyle. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, adventure, and made every breath count.
Keith and Lorna both became Ambassadors for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF, Class of 2020). They spoke at many support groups and pharmaceutical companies to share their idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) journey and knowledge as a patient and caregiver.
After graduating from Mill Lane High School, Keith attended Manchester Polytechnic, where he earned his Bachelor of Science with Honors in Production Engineering. In 1994, Keith earned his Master of Business Administration from University of Redlands. Keith’s dedication and expertise in his field led to a successful career that spanned over four decades.
Outside of his professional life, Keith found joy in spending time with his family and friends. Whether it was attending family or social gatherings, cheering his grandsons on at sports games, cuddling his precious granddaughter or sharing stories and laughter with friends. Keith cherished every moment he spent with loved ones.
Keith is survived by his wife, Lorna; children, Vicky (Jason) Dobbie, Tony (Alexia) Boyle, and Jamie (Summer) Boyle; grandchildren, Brody Boyle, Emmett Boyle, Westin Boyle, and London Boyle; sisters, Susan Boyle, Barbara Boyle, and Diane Maxwell; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
The memorial service and celebration of Keith’s life will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 1:00pm at Marina Village in San Diego, CA.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Keith’s memory can be made to One Breath Foundation at onebreathfoundation.org.
May Keith rest in eternal peace, knowing that he was deeply loved and will be forever missed.
