My most heartfelt and deepest condolences to Sammy, RJ & Tabby. I know this is hard for you guys. Just remember how your mom loved you all so, so much. You 3 & the grandbabies were her entire world. What I know of her is she kept going for you kids. She wanted to make sure you all were taken care of. Linda was a great friend. She meant a lot to me. You could talk to her about anything and she was a great listener. She was always game to do anything and we always had so much fun. We went to sooo many events together - baseball games, RODEOHouston and concerts, Operas, plays, comedy shows, parties and so much more but we would also just chill and hang out, too. We spent holidays together, too. One of her first holidays here, she had just gotten her place and she cooked traditional Puerto Rican food, and it was awesome! She gave me one piece of advice for my children that I still hold close and that was "don't be judgemental" & that one piece of advice has served me so well. It also describes her. She was loving and accepting and never passed judgement on anyone. My heart is sad and heavy. But, I know she is resting easy and flying high. So many wonderful memories... We loved to try new places to eat and shared many a good meals. I will always remember Linda for these good times. She was always ready to celebrate, for any reason. Love ya, girl!

This was such a fun night at Betty's birthday party. Your mom was singing the song sorry not sorry by Demi Lovato until she was screaming it at the top of her lungs. It was hilarious. Every single time I hear that song I'm reminded of that night. I love your mom and I too am still in disbelief. She was so full of life, so much fun to be around. Ill miss her laugh, her smile, her strength. Love you Sami!
