Sergeant Bob Crouch "Ret"
As president of our Police association for Ontario California I worked extensively with Bob mostly on mou contracts for our department. Ontario is always one of the better paid departments in the state of California and had an excellent benefits package during your employment as well as retirement. Bob was instrumental in making these outstanding contracts become reality. Bob was always a pleasure to work with and he was a very no-nonsense straightforward guy when it came to the business end of getting things done. He was also a great guy to be around always a couple of jokes he like messing with the guys and of course we gave it right back to him. He's a very short guy and an excellent litigator when it came not only to our contracts but when some of our boys were accused by the brass I'm getting out of line. He always did his very best and was never in the pockets of the command Staff. This is very sad news to hear that Bob has passed he was really a great guy and I have thought of him fondly especially uncertain months when I get my paycheck and knowing that my medical is paid 100% And if it wasn't for Bob these things might not be true today. To Bob's family I send my condolences not only from myself but from others who also spoke very fondly about Bob in recent get togethers others who have spoken very fondly above when we've gotten together for recent retirement get togethers. Rest in peace Bob you earned it. β€οΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡²πŸ’™
