Scott Eric Silva, 57, of Winchester, California, passed away on February 8, 2026. Born on September 26, 1968, in Riverside, California, Scott spent his life rooted in the community he loved.
Scott was a dedicated heating and air conditioning technician who took pride in his work and in providing for his family. He was known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and the relationships he built through years of serving others.
Above all else, Scott was a family man. He is survived by his loving wife, Melanie Silva; his daughters, Lauren Silva and Kayla Silva; and his cherished granddaughters, Ava Vanderaa and Evie Vanderaa. His greatest joy in life was spending time with “his girls,” as he lovingly called the women in his life. Whether it was sharing stories, offering advice, or simply being present, Scott’s love for his family was constant and unwavering.
Scott enjoyed fishing and found peace and happiness near the water. Those quiet moments reflected his steady and grounded nature.
He will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his hardworking spirit, and the love he gave so freely. His presence will be deeply missed, but the memories he created with those who loved him will live on forever.
